We want you to love your purchase!
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions
✔ Product must be unused and in original packaging
✔ Unboxing video may be required for transit damage claims
✔ Clothing must be unworn & unwashed
✔ No returns for items marked as “Non-returnable” (example: hygiene items, innerwear, personal care)

Process

  1. Email us at support@kwikshopnow.com with your Order ID and issue.

  2. Our team will verify and arrange pickup or replacement.

  3. Refund (if applicable) will be issued to original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check.

Buyer Responsibility
Return pickup availability depends on your pincode. If unavailable, customer may need to ship it back.
